San Diego Park & Recreation Board Approves the Olive Street Park Project/AIDS Memorial
On May 16, 2019, the San Diego Park & Recreation Board approved the Olive Street Park project, with an AIDS Memorial that will be placed on the northwest section of the park overlooking Maple Canyon. The project was approved by an 8-0 vote. Below are renditions of the design of the new park, which hopefully will break ground by early 2020.
