South African ambassador to the United States Ebrahim Rasool(Top-C) speaks as the AIDS Memorial Quilt's St. George panel, which was created by St. George's Cathedral in Cape Town, South Africa and blessed by Archbishop Desmond Tutu on June 22 is unfolded during The Washington National Cathedral's event July 18, 2012 to bless the quilt.
