Note to Someone Living With HIV
Note placed with flowers on Aids Memorial, Toronto. Reads "Note to Someone Living With HIV" and handwritten "Whom I miss. Dear F: We need to get back in touch, I never blamed you. I love you." This is so sad, and sweet. Other notes read "For all those in the Polish Community who've passed away" and "Someone Living With HIV is Struggling".
Pete, a friend of mine who is living with this virus took me to visit the monument. Many people he knew are now names etched in metal. Photo © DawnOne flickr
