Medlow Park
Medlow Park contains memorial plantings and gardens which are a distinct feature to Medlow Park, and give the parkland area a special character. The open spaces, picnic facilities and play equipment of the open area are complemented by colourful effect of the memorial plantings, and also by the groves created within this landscape theme. These gardens are valued for their aesthetic contribution to Medlow Park and as a memorial and awareness for the HIV epidemic. Regular working bees with support from BMCC enhance these values.
As of November 2012, there were 110 memorials to local people.
