Mountain Road Beach is down a steep stairway just west of the intersection of Mountain Road and South Coast Highway in Laguna Beach, CA. Next to the stairs is a flat area called the Garden of Peace and Love. It has a bench, a stone statue, and some other interesting stuff to see.
