The plaques that line Santa Monica Blvd are known as the West Hollywood Memorial Walk. They are a tribute to those we know and have lost to HIV/AIDS, and a reminder that we must continue to raise awareness and improve quality of like for people living with HIV/AIDS today. #WorldAIDSday
