In the course of the Commemoration of the Tainted Blood Tragedy which was launched on 26 November 2007, the Saskatchewan Chapter of the Canadian Hemophilia Society planted a Tree of Life on the grounds of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan in Regina..Is the memorial tree a native white spruce, Picea glauca?
