In the course of the Commemoration of the Tainted Blood Tragedy which was launched on 26 November 2007, the Alberta chapter of the Canadian Hemophilia Society planted a Tree of Life at their annual summer camp location at Goldeye Centre on Goldeye Lake near Nordegg.
