It was a perfect grayish, drizzly day for visiting the aids memorial. The grass was green and the US and Candian flags were hardly moving. When my boyfriend and I waited for the bus down to the memorial, we met Pat, a lesbian working at the University of Buffalo and living in the neighborhood. She invited us for a drink at her home after visting the memorial.
