Caregivers place flowers at the Westpark Cemetery Cotlands Memorial Wall in Johannesburg after an internment ceremony for 11 babies was held, Friday, Nov. 28, 2003, ahead of World Aids Day Monday. Cotlands, a non-profit organization, is geared up to care for up to 20 children from birth to six years, who are terminally ill with AIDS and cannot be cared for by their own biological families, or who have been abandoned as a result of their condition.
